My guess is that Baekhyun is walking around unaware that he possesses the power of light. I think him and the other EXO members have forgotten their powers after being separated from each other. Maybe it's time that they be reunited and gain their powers again, which is why he unknowingly gains back his power and starts turning them off uncontrollably. Baekhyun runs, terrified and confused.
